Detailed Information
1. Online registration
A registration is free of charge. Firstly, you put some basic data about who you are and what you do.
2. Create a cooperation profile
All cooperation profiles will be published online and each participant will be able to see your cooperation profile. You can change your profile at any time. Describe what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering or looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.
You can also select the convenient meeting sessions.
3. Selection of bilateral meetings
Booking of bilateral meetings
Once the most promising partners are found, you can select them for bilateral meetings. Each participant can book meetings and can also be requested. It is not necessary to make any further meeting arrangements regarding meeting times or location.
Your personal meeting schedule
All meeting requests will be scheduled for you. A few days before the event, you will receive your personal meeting schedule (furthermore, you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). The meeting schedule will provide the time, meeting table and your conversation partner.
Please contact the organiser as soon as possible for changes considering your meeting schedule.
4. At the event
The brokerage event takes place in Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej (CSW) at Wały gen. Sikorskiego 13, Toruń. Each meeting lasts around 20 minutes.
Our staff will be at your disposal during the whole matchmaking event.
5. Follow-up
After the event, you will be asked for feedback regarding your meetings. Your feedback will help us to improve our services and if you initiate any cooperation as a result of EnergaCAMERIMAGE Brokerage Event 2019 .
